She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hoffman and Anna Hoffman (Ewalt); her husband Tom; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Lesnar, Darlas Lesnar and Lowell Maag.
She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas Hoffman (Becky) of Magnolia, TX, Charles Hoffman (Becky) of Effingham, IL and Michael Hoffman (Jill) of Humble, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Jo Maag, Tony Lesnar, Bernie Lesnar, Bro. Reynold Lesnar, Pete Lesnar, Jerry Lesnar (Darlene), Ray Lesnar and Joe Lesnar (Evonne). She is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and great nephews.
