With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna W. Maruska of Watertown, South Dakota, who passed away on January 28, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wuest and Alice Wuest (Petty); her husband Jesse Maruska; her siblings, Robert, William, George, Paul, Leon Wuest, Eloise Thompson and Mary Armfield Mayer; and her great grandchild Mariah Anstine.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Steinmark (Joel), Cheryl Wenzlaff (Mark) of Maricopa, AZ, Mary Reiter (Paige) of Lake City, IA and Robert (Verna) of Seattle, WA; her sisters-in-law, Sandra and Darlene Wuest; and her grandchildren, Marlys Conaway, Sheila Anderson, Bryce Anderson, Sommer Anstine, Aaron Reiter and Anne Souder. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
