With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris E. Helbing of Watertown, South Dakota, born in Stockholm, South Dakota, who passed away on September 28, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Nordquist and Leila Nordquist (Larson); her husband D. Lee Helbing; her brothers, Marlyn and Lyle Nordquist; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Helbing, Mae Nordquist and Twyla Nordquist.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Dingsor (Garry) of Ortley, SD and Cindy Skinner (Herb) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her grandchildren, Sara Leslie (Brandon) of Aberdeen, SD, David Dingsor (Angela) of Sioux Falls, SD, Bryan Dingsor (Jennifer) of Watertown, SD and Amy Spahr (Joe) of Brandon, SD. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
