He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Voelsch and Maythel Voelsch (Jellis); his sisters, Marian Flanigan and June Voelsch; his daughter Lisa Rauscher; his daughter-in-law Valerie Voelsch; his sister-in-law Sharon Voelsch; his grandson Zachary Voelsch; his niece Carrie Voelsch Schaack; and his parents-in-law, Lester and Gladys Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Johnson; his son Michael Delwin of Castlewood, SD; his son-in-law Murray Rauscher; his brothers, Gene Voelsch (Bonnie) and Gary Voelsch of Watertown; his grandchildren, Chris Kannas, Trevor Rauscher, Braden Rauscher, Megan Voelsch and Riley Voelsch; and his great grandchildren, Ava Kannas and Silas Benson.
