He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Maass and Mabel Spring. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Delwyn (Jody) and Sharlene Chiappetti (Ed); his grandchildren, David (Anna), Timothy (Alanna), Heidi (Peter) of Leon and Lisa Chiappetti; his great grandchildren, Micah, Jonah and Sarah Maas; and his sister Darlene Langerock (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
