He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Tesch and Stella Tesch (Cook); his former wife Eunice Waege; his siblings, Hal, Ferdy, David, Gordon and Louise Pieper; and his granddaughter Megan P..
He is survived by: his wife Mary Flemming; his children, Sheila Johnson (Lee), Keith Tesch (Tiffiny) of Pahramp, NV and David Tesch of Brookings, SD; his stepdaughter Michele Stukes (Darren) of Flat Rock, NC; his siblings, Sandy Albrecht (Hank) and Burton Tesch (Ranae) of Hayti, SD; his siblings-in-law, Barb Tesch of Norfolk, NE and William Pieper of Watertown, SD; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Chantal, BreeAnna, Mackenzie, Brian, Kelsey, Jordan, Megan, Amanda, Amber, Ashley, Mike, Julie, Andy, Nikki, Alexandra, Rayna, Kadra, Dalton and Devon. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
