He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dewerff and Edna Dewerff (Marshall); his sister Audrey (Don Leonard); and his brother-in-law Roy Webster. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Lewandowski; his caregiver Bernice Dewerff of Watertown, SD; and his siblings, Beverly Webster of Fargo, ND, Sally Cameron (Kenny) of Westminster, CA, Charles R. "Dick" Dewerff (Patty) of Barstow, CA and Judy Clark (Bruce) of Fergus Falls, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and great-grandnieces, and great-grandnephews.
