He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane of Watertown; his sons, Christopher and Benjamin Toutges of Watertown; his brothers, Steve Toutges of Canistota, SD, Cary Toutges of Brookings, SD, Scott Toutges of Louisville, TN and Vincent Toutges of Madison, MN; his nephews, Vincent Jr., Cody, Michael, Eric, Brandon and Jason; and his niece Tammy.
