He is survived by: his children, Wendy Allen (Bruce) of Highlands Ranch, CO and Brad Johnson (Carol) of Watertown, SD; his grandchildren, Josh Allen of Denver, CO, Anamarie Johnson of Los Angeles, CA and Maren Johnson Smith (Will) of Rapid City, SD; and his great grandchild Marley of Rapid City.
