We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Charles Welke of Warner, South Dakota, born in Redfield, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Welke and Helen Welke (Campbell); his brother Rick Welke; his nephews, Lance Corporal Joseph Welke and Alex Welke; and his niece Vanessa Welke.

He is survived by: his wife Ellen Bryant of Aberdeen; his son Charles Welke (Kara); his grandchildren, Jada, Jasmine and William; his son Joel Welke (Angella); his grandsons, Jackson and Preston; his great grandchild Amber Frericks (Kris); his siblings, Judy Thomas (Jerry), Linda Schmidt, Larry Welke and Jeff Welke (Nancy); his uncle Donny Welke (Joyce); and also, Jamison, Brielle and Evan.

Memorial donations will be used to create a Warner School scholarship in Chuck's name and to support the ongoing work of the Warner/Stratford Lions Club.
