He is survived by: his wife Georgia Rooks-Zimiga; his children, Shawn, Paul Zimiga, Kanisha Rooks, Lisa Grimes (Allen) and Thedna Zimiga; his adoptive daughters, Jessica, Angelina and Justina Zimiga; his grandchildren, Kiana, Kaya and Clayton Zimga; his siblings, Herman "Wes", Robert, Joseph Zimiga (Earline) and Lavon Zimiga; and his sister-in-law Earline Rooks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
