She is survived by: her children, Donald Cottier, Jr. of Pine Ridge, SD, Tiffany Cottier of Rapid City, SD, Roberta Twiss of Martin, SD, Barb Twiss of Rapid City, SD, Jonathan Twiss of Omaha, NE and Timothy Twiss of Denver, CO; and her siblings, Annie Red Elk of Wanblee, SD and Jerome High Horse of Wanblee, SD. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
