He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Brown and Vincent Yellow Robe; his brother Edward Yellow Robe; his uncle Louie Brown; and his nephew Bill Turney.
He is survived by: his siblings, Twylla Amiotte (Roger) of Kadoka, SD, Marilyn Bettelyoun (Clifford) of Kadoka, SD, Marietta Red Shirt (Robert) of Allen, SD, Michael McBride (Minerva Bear Killer) of Allen, SD and Clement Holy Eagle of Wanblee, SD; and his friend Shannon Witt of Corn Creek, SD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
