She is survived by: her mother Nancy Hauk; her daughter Summer Jakopak; her son-in-law Mark Jakopak; her grandchildren, Autumn Jakopak and Bohdan Jakopak; her stepsisters, Darla Mullanix and Karen Moore; and also Philip Hauk.
