He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hauk and Joy Hauk; his sons, Roger and Richard Hauk; and his siblings, Jean Burns and George Hauk.
He is survived by: his former wife Donna Hemness; his wife Nancy Hauk; his children, Karen Moore, Darla Mullanix, Phillip Hauk, Tammy Lewis and Summer Jakopak; and his sister Mary Joy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
