She was predeceased by: her father Donald Stacey; her siblings, Ronald Stacey and Donna Horst; her granddaughter Stacey Nicole; and her great grandchild Emerson.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Johannesen; her children, Jerry (Laura), Ron, Joel (Jodi) and Stacey Santiago (David); her mother Lucille Blashill (Humphrey); her sisters, Patty Hauk, Lisa Michalski, Elizabeth Fox and Bonnie Saltzman; and her brother-in-law Harry Horst. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
