It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jody Johannesen of Wall, South Dakota, born in Webster, South Dakota, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Stacey; her siblings, Ronald Stacey and Donna Horst; her granddaughter Stacey Nicole; and her great grandchild Emerson.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Johannesen; her children, Jerry (Laura), Ron, Joel (Jodi) and Stacey Santiago (David); her mother Lucille Blashill (Humphrey); her sisters, Patty Hauk, Lisa Michalski, Elizabeth Fox and Bonnie Saltzman; and her brother-in-law Harry Horst. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
