Phillips; her sons, Panfilo Torres, Jr., Lonnie Carter of Sioux Falls, Clayton Hartley of Sioux Falls, Cal Hartley of Colorado and Brandon Baker of Sioux Falls; and her siblings, Tom Baker of Kenel, SD, Lyle Baker of Sioux Falls, Francis "Poncho" Baker of Belcourt, ND and Connie Yearsly of Utah.
