He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Taggart and Joyce Taggart; his siblings, Betsy and Mike; and his mother-in-law Neva.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his children, Stacie (Jesse), Arron, Michael, Rachel and Amy; his grandchildren, Dylan Skyler, Chance, Kaylee and Cody Jersey; his siblings, Bernice, Chuck (Mary), Tom (Rhonda), Leo (Trish), Wally and David; and his parents-in-law, Kelly, Lee, Kristi and Monte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and true friends.
