With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Lorraine Jepsen (Wakonda, South Dakota), born in Meckling, South Dakota, who passed away on January 18, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband LaVerne; her daughter Diane Sorenson; her sons-in-law, Paul Larson, Roger Hauge and LuVerne Sorenson; her great grandchild Jason; and her brothers, Verlyn Larson and Toby Larson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Huot (Ron) of Centerville, Jeanette Hauge of Racine, WI and Cheryl Peterson of Beresford; her sisters, Betty Nelsen and Marilyn Kaiser; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Johnson, Dolly Larson and Lavonne Jepsen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
