She was predeceased by: her parents, Wes Payer and Esther Payer (Mach); and her siblings-in-law, Steve, Frank, Leo Soukup, Richard Doty, Richard Tomko, Dean Stoltenberg, Raye Payer and Joan Soukup.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Soukup of Wagner; her children, Jonna Soulek (Dan), Sally Florey (Kevin), Lake Andes, Steve Soukup (Sandy), Amy Bruney (Russell) and Kelly Soukup (Melissa); her siblings, Marla Soukup, Wally and Jim Payer; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Doty, Martha Tomko and Marcella Stoltenberg. She is also survived by her five children, and thirteen grandchildren.
