He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carda and Thelma Carda (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Ann Olps (Dave) of Sugar Hill, GA and Larry Carda of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Ryan and Briana Olps of Sugar Hill, GA; and his siblings, Donna Ishmael (Walt) of Wagner, Gary Carda (Pam) of Wagner, Dave Carda (Nancy) of Oaks, ND and Brenda Hrdlicka of Yankton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
