He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rhode and Mildred Rhode (Chantry); and his siblings, Jonathan and Harriet Malcom (Delores Nedved). He is survived by: his spouse Virginia Leet; and his sister Marcia Inman of Tabor, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
