He is survived by: his sons, Douglas (Theresa), Daniel (Lisa) and Michael (Patrice); his daughter-in-law Carol Jerke; his grandchildren, Derrick (Bethann), TJ (Megan), Kyle (Kaitlyn), Christopher (Christina), Sarah, Nicholas (Michaela), Rachel, Michaela, Jessica (Nick), Arin (Nate), David (Sue), Molly (Matt) and John Henry; his siblings, Clarice Burke (EJ), Wilma Estes, Lois Willman (Ron), Donna Bruna (Ron) and Gary Jerke (Susan); and his sister-in-law Velda. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
