With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Carda of Wagner, South Dakota, who passed away on April 16, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Carda to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carda and Thelma Carda (Smith); his son Steven; his brother Larry; and his siblings-in-law, David Bren, Cheryl Anderson and Kathy Bren.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Carda of Wagner; his sons, Frank of Wagner, Joseph of Wagner, Kevin (Chel Larsen) of Wagner and Benjamin Carda (Sarah) of Wagner; his granddaughter Cattibrie; and his siblings, Dave Carda (Nancy) of Fairfax, Donna Ishmael (Walt) of Wagner and Brenda Hrdlicka of Yankton. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. John's Catholic Church (107 High Ave SW, Wagner, SD 57380). A wake will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
