She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Stastny and Helen Stastny (Klufa); her husband Edward Cuka; her sons, Tom and Donald; her siblings, Franklin, Mary, Helen Cuka (Leonard), Mildred Cap (Victor) and Alice Kokesh (Clayton); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Stastny and Trudy Stastny.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Deb), Jim (Denise) of Wagner and Angie Fousek (Sam) of Wagner; her grandchildren, Steven Fousek (Kasi) of Wagner, Tracy Blaha (John) of Wagner, Bridget Conway (Jake) of Northfield, MN and Nick Fousek (Colby) of Wagner; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, Carson, Owen Blaha, Wyatt and Harlow Conway; and her siblings, Joe Stastny of Lennox, John Stastny of Wagner, Tony Stastny (Donna) of Wagner, Agnes Kokesh of Wagner, Ann Wagner (Jerry) of Pierre, Rose Koupal (Dennis) of Wagner and Martha Uecker (Pat) of Rapid City. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
