He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVon and Lawrence; and his brother Larry Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Priscilla Smith (Pat); his stepchildren, Chet Moyle (Debbie), Bonita Koelker, Sherry Roger, Chris (Don Boggs) and Shelly (Mark Kelsheimer); his former wife Wendy (Robert Trinh); his sister Linda Throne; his niece Karla (Scott Christensen); and his nephew Jason Throne. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
