He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, David Petrik (Lillie) of Wagner, SD and Shelbi Fox (Chad) of Mitchell, SD; his stepsons, Jeremiah Weerheim (Melanie) of Poulsbo, WA and Corey Weerheim (Laine) of Mitchell, SD; his grandchildren, Joshua, Abigail Weerheim, Bentley, Mya Fox and Billie Weerheim; his siblings, David Petrik of Wagner, SD, Dianne Ellwein (Fred) of Germany, Donna Appletoft (Scott) of Mitchell, SD and Darryl Petrik of Wagner, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Carmen Doering (Jeff) of Yankton, SD and Jeff Storm (Pam) of Custer, SD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
