She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Haynes and Florence Haynes (Sanders). She is survived by: her pet Rena; her husband David Harris of Volga, SD; her siblings, Dr. Paula Grant of Chattanooga, TN, Mark Haynes of Allen, TX and John Haynes of Cordova, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. James Harris of Seattle, WA, Virginia Hammond of Lakewood, CO and Susan Groth of Bloomington, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Bible Baptist Church of Brookings.
