It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ruth Armstrong of Vermillion, South Dakota, who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Steele and Jessie Steele; her husband John William; her daughter Charlotte Faye; and her granddaughter Charlotte Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Lee Sondergard (Ken) of Port Ludlow, WA and John Wayne Armstrong of Wakonda, SD.; and her grandchildren, Grant Hoffman, David Hoffman, Mandie Weinandt, Faith Borst and Mary Beth Armstrong. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
