With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gene Iverson of Vermillion, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Iverson and Dora Iverson (Lund). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Nelson; his sons, Brian (Linda), Dane (Veronica) and Kip (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Emily Marsh (Taylor), Stephen, Catherine, Daniel, Elizabeth, Elijah, Liberty and Andrew.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to: Trinity Lutheran Church or The Main Street Center in Vermillion, SD.
