She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Vanlandingham and Mabel Vanlandingham (Zimmerman); and her brothers, Dale and Harold Jr. Vanlandingham (Bebe). She is survived by: her husband Donald Akridge; her children, Mary Sursavage (Jim) of Salem, SC, Donna Welch (Ed) of Elk Point, SD and James Akridge (Alma) of Mazatlan, Mexico; her uncle Ducky; and her sister-in-law Cherrill Vanlandingham. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for any donations to be made to St. Luke United Methodist Church in Walhalla SC.
