She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Johnstad and Millie Johnstad; and her sister Alice Peterson (Wayne). She is survived by: her children, David Knutson (Diane) of Sheridan, Jon Knutson (Patricia) of Schuyler and Jane O'Brien of Vermillion; and her grandchildren, Jonathon Knutson, Erin Schanzenbach, Eric Knutson, Paul Knutson, Kelsey Parsons and Elen Holdsworth. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
