He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lorraine Mockler; his children, Rick (Holly), Randy (Lori), Linda Ingalls (Ron) of Sioux Falls and Julie Lorensen (Jeff) of Sioux Falls; his parents, Nels Brunick and Lucy Brunick (Hofman); his brother Nels Jr.; and his granddaughter Brianna Lorensen. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
As a long time Coyote enthusiast, memorials may be directed to the Howling Pack at the University of South Dakota.
