It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Bye of Vermillion, South Dakota, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen Bye and Marie Bye (Roozen); his wife Ramona Ruelle; his son Brett; and his siblings, Roberta and Gary.
He is survived by: his child Kirste Schindler (Todd) of Oacoma, SD; his grandchildren, Colin and Kelsey; his child Brook Bye (Shelly) of Vermillion; his grandchildren, Brittany, Jenny, Lizzy, Emily and Brett; his great grandchildren, Sloan, Brynlee, Rya and Kelly Barbier of Rapid City, SD; and his grandchildren, Rollie, Regann and Braden.
