He is survived by: his siblings, Eileen Walters of Rapid City and Richard (Marjean) of Vermillion; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Barta (Nicole Poznaski), Brian Barta (Doni), Louise Walters (Bill Griffin), Barbara Walters-Wong (David), Marcia Barta-Maltaverne (Mark) and Susan Barta-Isaacson (Rollie).
