He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hjermstad and Kathryn Hjermstad; his siblings, Donny, Timmy and Barbara; and his wife Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Glandt (Chris Josten) and Michael Hjermstad (Angila); his grandchildren, Amanda Payne (David), Paxton Giedd, Winowa Hjermstad and Nicole Hicks (Jerad); and his great grandchildren, Hailey Elizabeth, Amelia Kay Payne, Ryken and Jace Hicks. He is also survived by his family and friends.
