She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hinds and Rose Hinds (McCombs); her husband Charlie Amant; her daughter Janice Kay Amant; and her siblings, William Hinds, Albert Hinds and Ada Virginia Bloomfield.
She is survived by: her children, Lance Amant of Vermillion, SD, Jack Amant (Louise) of Longmont, CO and Shari Barden (Andrew) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her sister Lillian Reside of Daytona Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Emma Barden, Kaitlyn Amant and Charles Barden (Corinne); and her great grandchildren, Isla Corrine Barden, Peyton Little-Amant and Jaxxton Isenbart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
