He is survived by: his children, Matthew J Moore (Jenny) of Norton Ohio and Colleen Herrera (LD) of Vermillion; his sister Kathleen Mucha (Paul) of Rancocas Woods; his grandchildren, Joshua, Carolanne, Quinton, Josie and Dominic; and his great grandchild Lucas Moore.
