With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl E. Edeburn of Vermillion, South Dakota, who passed away on August 8, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Edeburn and Elizabeth Edeburn; and his siblings, Edward, Arvid and Laurel.

He is survived by: his wife Cleo; his children, Andy Edeburn (Melissa), Peter Edeburn (Angela) and Mary Jo Nesmith (Matt); and his grandchildren, Joe, Oscar, Jack, Cooper, Molly, Zoey, Holly, Teddy and Margaret.

Memorials may be directed to the Brookings Public Library or the Vermillion UCC Church Music Fund.
