It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Burton E. Lawrensen of Vermillion, South Dakota, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lawrensen and Myrtle Lawrensen (Peterson); his brother Milton Lawrensen; and his daughter-in-law Cynthia Lawrensen. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lawrensen; his children, Bruce Lawrensen of Noble, OK and Terri Johnson (Leroy) of Tea, SD; his grandson Bradley Johnson of Tea, SD; and his great grandchild Makaylah.
