He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Svoboda and Tillie Svoboda (Duba); his siblings, DeLonde, Wally, Howard and Delonde (Emmet Healy); his wife Mildred; and his daughter Mary Susan.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Mary, Fond), Diana Hoelscher (Mike), Michael III, Zachary of Fairway, KS, Kristina Stokes (Robert), Ethan and Emma of Minnetonka, MN; his grandson Dan Svoboda (Rebecca) of Waunakee, WI; his daughters, Joyce Svoboda of Rochester, MN and Janet Sharp (Auddie) of Merriam, KS.; his stepgranddaughter Sundy Sharp; and his son Dax of Amarillo, TX..
In leu of flowers the family asks for donations to the American Heart Association in Berwyn's name.
