With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gayle Marie Hanson of Veblen, South Dakota, who passed away on April 21, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Simeon Shulson and Alma Shulson (Klefstad); her husband Kermit Hanson; her son Greg Hanson; and her son-in-law Darcy Rear.
She is survived by: her brother Sanford Shulson (Mae) of St. Thomas, ND; her daughters, Kay Rear of Lead, SD and Janet Just (Terry) of Spearfish, SD; her grandchildren, Krista Rear, Jeremy Rear (Laura) and Gabrielle Williams (Jake); her stepgrandchildren, TJ Just and Chantil Delgado (Jaime); her great grandchildren, Jadynn and Isaiah; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Samantha, Antonio and Jordan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Zion Cemetery Fund or to the Palestine Cemetery Fund.
