He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Bessler and Lorretta Bessler of Veblen, SD.; his uncle Kenneth; his father-in-law Herbert Samson; his brother-in-law Jeff Wilkes; and his pet Speckles.
He is survived by: his siblings, Fred and LaVae; his wife Geraldine Samson; and his sons, Daniel (Mindi) of Fargo, ND and Kyle (Shasta) of Veblen, SD.
