He is survived by: his mother Cherlyn Bosch (Rozeboom); his friend Aaron Larsen; his girlfriend Dawn Lunstra; his girlfriend's children, Jessi Curtis (Ryley) and Nick Lunstra (Taylor Kuper); his child Carter; his sister Tammy Lynn Bosch (Daniel Ackerman); his aunts and uncles, Marilyn Bosch, Michelle Rozeboom, Dolly Van Der (Tom), Loren Bosch (Tracy), Brad Bosch (Tammy), Harley Rozeboom and Al Rozeboom (Denise); and also, Hoytt and Ryver. He is also survived by his mom, sister, friends.
