John Clarence Vermeer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2024, at the age of 74, John Clarence Vermeer of Valley Springs, South Dakota, born in Luverne, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John Clarence shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John Clarence farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Vermeer and Dorothy Vermeer (Bernards); and his siblings, Ed Vermeer and Marty Vermeer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Doyle; and his siblings, Anna Huiskes, Mary Harris (David), Burt Vermeer (Lee Ann), Jane VanderWolde (Gene) and Barb Nankivel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
