He is survived by: his children, Jim Bruggeman (Cheryl) of Dell Rapids, SD, Dave Bruggeman (Daletta) of LeMars, Iowa, Mary Maiers (Brian) of Shakopee, MN and Amy Keller (Bo) of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Andy Thompson (Tiana), Beth Bruggeman, Kendra Jorgensen, Kody Bruggeman (Hailey), Jake (Alyssa), Emma Maiers, Isabelle, Bo and Ben Keller; his great grandchildren, DeJay Thompson and Henry Bruggeman; his siblings, Pat Wright, Cleone Kellar and Don Bruggeman (Rosemary); and his sister-in-law Orph Bruggeman.
