He is survived by: his parents, Larry Larson and Karen Larson (Hofstad); his wife Jenny Hallauer; his sons, Remington and Riley; and his siblings, Tracy South (Jon), Brandon, Steve Larson (Jeannie) of New Hall, CA, Andrea McDonald (Tom), Julie Kelly (Mike), Jodi Mulroy (Shane), Jolene Hallauer and Jerod Hallauer (Christine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
They also request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Valley Springs Fire Department in Dan's memory.
