She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Bruse and Sandra Kost (Bruse); her father-in-law Theodore Spring; her sister Christina Harter; and her daughter-in-law Sarah Austin (Spring).
She is survived by: her husband Glen Spring of Union Center, SD; her children, Kelly Spring (Torey) of Ekalaka, MT, Kayla Porto (Josh) of Rapid City, SD and Kerry Schrader (Jeremy) of Red Owl, SD; her siblings, Loren Bruse (Donna) of Sturgis, SD, Ann Klein (Jerome) of Gillette, WY and Georgette Clark of Maryville, TN; her stepfather Don Kost of Sturgis, SD; and her grandchildren, Mariah, Shaniah, Alanah, Oakley, Blakely, Tru, Rogue, Theia and Rhyatt. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial has been established for the Crisis Intervention Shelter Services (Women's Shelter Sturgis SD).
