He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Lillian Sedlacek (Sykora) and Louis Sedlacek; his sister Emily Sedlacek (Mudloff); and his grandchildren, Stacey Humpal, Jordan and Issac Sedlacek.
He is survived by: his wife Arline; his children, Nancy Brewer (Mike), Gary Sedlacek (Heidi), Jim Sedlacek, Shelly Humpal (Jacque) and Julie Marchese; his grandchildren, Jacki Rector (Matt), Adam Brewer, Eric Brewer, Katie Jackson (Ben), Jessica Luke (Casey), Brandon Sedlacek, Jamie Ridgway, Jenn Knoll (Sam), Caylor Benson, Shannon Sedlacek, Jaden Sedlacek, Laci Highland, Charlie Marchese and Nick Marchese; and his siblings, Louis Sedlacek Jr., Richard Sedlacek, Joseph Sedlacek, Irene Reiner (Sedlacek) and Charlene Pietz (Sedlacek). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
