We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2023, at the age of 83, Richard Del Rey Ptak of Tyndall, South Dakota, born in Yankton, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas K. Ptak and Ouida Ptak (Parks); his brother Andre; his sister-in-law Dorothy; and his nephew Jay.
He is survived by: his brother Jim of Jasper, MN; his sister-in-law Cellesteen of Menomonee Falls, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Greg, Deb (La Jerne) of Ithaca, NY, Thomas (Patricia) of Cedarburg, WI, Diane of Minneapolis, MN and Barry (Katie) of Moorhead, MN. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews.
